About this role

As an entry-level associate with ACF Associates:

• You will provide data analysis and IT development services.
• You will liaise with our customers to better understand their needs.
• You will work with other associates to develop high-quality solutions for our customers.

Applicant requirements

• Client-focused perspective
• Desire to learn complex concepts related to performance management
• Understanding of algorithms, as well as data processing and analysis
• Foundational understanding of business principles such as problem analysis skills, business modeling, process re-engineering, requirements management, configuration management, systems analysis, and change management
• IT skills to support the development of customized web-based performance management applications, including experience with any of the following:
  • Pandas or equivalent data analysis tools in Python
  • Web frameworks such as Flask, Django, or Ruby on Rails
  • React or similar framework
  • Application deployment with AWS or Azure Services
  • PostgreSQL
  • Data modelling
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to excel in team-based environments
• Demonstrated ability to self-regulate and manage work to meet deadlines
• Eligibility to obtain a Government Security Clearance at the SECRET level

Education

The incumbent must have an undergraduate degree—preferably in the fields of engineering or data analytics—from a recognized post-secondary institution.
