Position Description
As an entry-level associate with ACF Associates:
- You will provide data analysis and IT development services.
- You will liaise with our customers to better understand their needs.
- You will work with other associates to develop high-quality solutions for our customers.
This position requires a client focused perspective, a desire to learn complex concepts related to performance management, strong algorithm and data processing/analysis capabilities, as well as IT skills to support the development of customized web-based performance management applications.
Applicant Requirements
- Foundational understanding of business principles such as problem analysis skills, business modeling, process re-engineering, requirements management, configuration management, systems analysis, and change management
- Eligibility to obtain a Government Security Clearance at the SECRET level
- Demonstrated ability to excel in team-based environments
- Demonstrated ability to self-regulate and manage work to meet deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong IT skills in any/all of the following:
- Experience with Pandas or equivalent data analysis tools in Python
- Experience with web frameworks such as Flask, Django, or Ruby on Rails
- Experience with React or similar framework
- Experience with application deployment with AWS or Azure Services
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience with data modelling
Education
The incumbent must have an undergraduate degree—preferably in the fields of engineering or data analytics—from a recognized post-secondary institution.
